At Pro Peptide Australia, we take pride in ensuring fast, secure and discreet shipping for all research-grade products. Please review the following terms before completing your purchase.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Processing times may extend during peak periods or restock cycles.
- Once dispatched, you will automatically receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking number.
- Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all products in that order are in stock.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery
- All parcels are shipped via Australia Post Express for reliable nationwide coverage.
- Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Pro Peptide Australia guarantees dispatch, not delivery. Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost parcels or delivery errors outside our control.
- Orders are shipped only after payment confirmation has been received. As we accept bank transfer only, dispatch begins once your deposit clears — Osko and PayID transfers usually clear within minutes, other transfers may take 1–2 business days.
3. Discreet Packaging
All orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to product names or the nature of the contents. We prioritise customer privacy and discretion throughout the shipping process.
4. Shipping Costs
- Flat rate: $14.95 AUD (Australia Post Express)
- Free shipping: automatically applied to all orders over $200 AUD
- Minimum order value: $30 AUD, calculated on the product subtotal before shipping
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
5. Tracking and Delivery Issues
Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
If your parcel is marked as "Delivered" by Australia Post but you have not received it, you must contact Australia Post directly to lodge an investigation.
Pro Peptide Australia is not liable for:
- Delivery delays caused by the courier or third-party logistics
- Parcels lost, stolen, or marked as delivered
- Incorrect addresses entered by the customer at checkout
If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failed collection, the buyer may be required to pay a reshipment fee.
6. International Shipping
Pro Peptide Australia currently ships within Australia only. International orders are not supported due to regulatory and customs restrictions. We deliver to all states and territories: NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, NT and ACT.
7. Pre-Orders and Backorders
Products listed with an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) are classified as pre-orders.
- Estimated dates are approximate and subject to change based on supplier schedules and import logistics.
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all products are available.
- Customers will be notified by email if delays exceed the stated ETA.
8. Lost or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, customs rejection or failure to collect, we will contact the customer to arrange redelivery. A redelivery fee may apply. Refunds are not issued for parcels returned due to customer error.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Pro Peptide Australia is not liable for delays, loss or damage caused by third-party carriers once an order has been dispatched. Our responsibility ends when the tracking status indicates the parcel has been accepted by the courier.
